Educational Foundation Scholarship Applications Now Open!
The New Jersey Realtors® Educational Foundation offers annual scholarships to help students meet the costs of higher education.
Students are eligible for a scholarship if they are high school seniors who will be attending an undergraduate program, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, or enrolled at an NJ community college.
As a reminder, new requirements for the Private Well Testing Act are now in effect as of, Dec. 1. Testing is now required under the PWTA for three new chemicals, PFOA, PFOS, and PFNA.
Before the new requirements were approved by the DEP, New Jersey Realtors® raised concerns about the additional costs and time that would be added to real estate transactions and recommended alternative measures to address these chemicals without a new time-of-sale requirement.
