Join Us

Our organization currently serves a membership of approximately 650 REALTORS® and affiliates.  Affiliate membership is offered by local associations of the National Association of REALTORS® to real estate owners and other individuals or organizations connected to the industry.

To become an affiliate member please fill out the affiliate membership application here.  Be sure to indicate the REALTOR® member who referred you on the application form if applicable!

Dues are billed annually and are pro-rated for the quarter you join.

• A listing and a link to your website on the association’s website visible to our members and the public
• Invitations to attend networking and social events with members
• Access to membership email addresses
• Recognition of your membership and annual renewal in the association’s weekly emailed newsletter with your contact information
• Promotion of events or special promotions relating to REALTOR® members up to once a month in the e-newsletter
• Use of training room equipped with laptops, projector, screen, WIFI, etc.
• Display area in the SCAR Office for member marketing materials
