What an AMAZING October we had! Trying to wrap our heads around the fact that there are just two months left in 2022!!!

We had an incredibly successful Golf outing this month, benefitting the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity. They will be doing a new home build in the near future and we are so excited to partner with them this year! More information will be coming soon on how you can help with the New Build! Our Annual Meeting also took place this month. Congratulations to the incoming Board of Directors on your election! Another major announcement that took place at our annual meeting is the SCAR 2022 REALTOR® of the Year; CONGRATULATIONS Sandy Gardner!!! An even bigger announcement is that Sandy also earned the New Jersey RELTOR® of the Year award; the first time a SCAR agent has won this award is our 96 year history!!!

Circle of Excellence Application are OPEN!

This prestigious program comprises two awards: The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® and the NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club. Applications will open on August 1 and will be due on Jan. 9, 2023, at 5 p.m. EST. NO EXCEPTIONS

The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® recognizes those members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship.

The 2022 award levels are:

Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units

The NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club Award is presented to NJ Realtors® members who have been recipients of the Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® for 10 years (which need not be consecutively earned).
